One thing is for sure: No one ever wants to imagine how their life would be like if they started losing their dearest memories. That’s why dementia and Alzheimer’s disease are hated world over. You’ll agree that it would take a really strong person to share their experiences of their life living with someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
Lisa Marie Cerasoli recorded some videos of her grandma in her last days and made a film out of it to share in her popular documentary, Life With Alzheimer’s. When she shared a trailer of the film, it touched people’s hearts in a really deep way.
In her book, As Nora Jo Fades Away, Marie details her family’s life as they adapted to grandma’s needs and positioned themselves as her caregivers. It’s truly touching.
